AI DentPro accepts PDF remittance advice files from CT HUSKY / ctdssmap.com — the standard format used by Connecticut Medicaid. We also support 835 EDI format for practices that receive electronic remittance files. Simply download your RA from the state portal in either format and upload it directly to AI DentPro. No reformatting, no conversion needed.

AI DentPro automatically flags unmatched patients so you can review them before anything posts. You'll see exactly which patients from the RA couldn't be matched to a record in your PMS — along with the payment amounts involved. You can then manually post those payments, add the patient record, or investigate further. Nothing gets posted silently; you're always in control of every transaction.
